1: got outside early for 15 mins max to walk to metro 2. gym before noon 3. volunteering work for like 45 mins 4. hobby (baking, reading, writing, organizing, learning, podcast) 5. decompress time (30 mins or so) 6. jog 7. food cravings left 8. sense of control n tranquility
